"Very pleased with my first StitchFix…"
Very pleased with my first StitchFix order and am keeping all 5 items. Before the order was due, I did the style quiz every day to give my stylist the best chance to know what I like. 2 of the items were from a make I recently fell in love with but hadn’t mentioned in my profile so impressed with that. Two items I wouldn’t have picked myself but look great on. Looking forward to my next fix.

Good company and so easy to return items.
Have had 3 boxes delivered. First box I kept a bag, second box returned and the third box I kept everything.
Would definitely recommend.

"Satisfied customer"
I've been satisfied although not ecstatic about my fixes. However, I find that after about 4-5 fixes and keeping about 15 of the items that these tend to be my go-to clothes. Yes, I've purchased a few misses ( the quality didn't hold up or I kept that 5th item I wasn't sure about) and they haven't been consistently good, however, I like that I can choose when to get a fix and their new options for buying clothes that are suggested for you directly. I just ordered 3 items that I would have had a hard time finding in my usual shopping places. My main complaint right now is that they don't show me any pants, so most of what I have from them are tops. But I am hard to fit in pants. Note that I am not patient with going out and searching for clothes. If you are, then this may not be right for you. But I find that they show things that I would not necessarily have picked out on a rack and they end up looking good on me, so I'm happy with the service. Yes, it's more expensive than doing the searching in stores myself and buying it on sale, but part of what they are selling is the service so I don't have to spend that time.

"So happy to not get a run-around!"
I have been using Stitch Fix for over almost two years. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the items I have purchased. Recently I purchased a pair of jeans that I felt wore out much more quickly than they should have.
Even though I was past the 30 day window for returns they responded to my email within 24 hours and are replacing the item!
No back and forth at all, no hassle just a quick response to say they were sorry that I was not satisfied and that they would be taking care of the issue immediately.
Great products, great prices, great service!
I could not be happier!
